Yufeng Intelligent has developed a new explosion-proof laser navigation stacking AGV for the pharmaceutical industry and successfully applied it in an AGV project of a large biotechnology company. Under the premise of meeting the need for heavy-loaded transportation of products in and out of narrow and closed boxes for cargo transfer, this project not only requires the development of an AGV with explosion-proof capabilities, but also requires all related equipment such as navigation facilities and communication facilities to meet the corresponding explosion-proof standards and provide a valid explosion-proof certificate.

Yufeng Intelligent has carried out in-depth technical exchanges and cooperation with explosion-proof manufacturers based on its own characteristics. Through the reasonable optimization layout of the explosion-proof components in the vehicle, the size of the explosion-proof AGV has not changed much compared to the non-explosion-proof AGV, thereby ensuring the applicability of the explosion-proof AGV; and through reasonable selection, the cost of the entire AGV system has been controlled, and finally a satisfactory explosion-proof AGV equipment is provided to customers.
